The 300m missing beach, Doonagh vanished in 1984 storm and left behind rock pools & a rocky strand as seen in this drone video.
The entire volume of sand at The Doonagh beach on Achill Ireland in the West of Ireland had mysteriously disappeared due to a freak tide.
The wind coming in from the north has been very strong recently and it must have transported eroded material in from elsewhere – explained Sean Molloy of Achill Tourism.
